The North East Journal of Management (NEJM) is a peer-reviewed academic journal established in 2013 and sponsored by the Faculty of Management Studies of The Federal Polytechnic, Damaturu. NEJM publishes high-quality research that contributes to the advancement of knowledge in management sciences, business studies, and related fields.

Submission Guidelines
Manuscripts should be original, unpublished work not under consideration by any other journal. All submissions must follow the NEJM manuscript template and be submitted through our online submission system.
