Qualifications
- Ph.D. or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
- Active researcher with recent publications
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to provide constructive feedback
Responsibilities
- Review 2-3 manuscripts per year on average
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback to authors
- Evaluate manuscripts based on originality, methodology, and significance
- Complete reviews within 2-3 weeks of acceptance
